Advantages of humidification in temperature humidity chamber


The advantages and disadvantages of the humidifying function of constant temperature and humidity test chamber are generally four ways: spray humidification, steam humidification, shallow water dish type humidification, supercooling steam humidification to achieve relative humidity.


1. Water spray humidification: after the system is stable, the humidity fluctuation is small; In the humidification process, the steam is not too hot and will not increase the heat of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber. The effect of dehumidification can be achieved by controlling the temperature of spray water.


2. Steam humidification: rapid humidification to meet the needs of rapid humidification in the process of alternation of damp and heat.


3. Shallow water plate humidification: after the system is stable, the humidity fluctuation is small; In the humidification process, the moisture shall not be too hot and the heat of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber shall not be increased. Controlling the spray water temperature can play the role of dehumidification; Humidification is fast. Meet the needs of humidification in the process of heat and humidity alternation.


4. Subcooled steam humidification: it has the advantages of three methods.


Disadvantages of humidification of constant temperature and humidity test chamber:


1. Water spray humidification: when spraying water, the water will pollute the test piece; The humidification speed is slow, which can not meet the needs of heat and humidity alternation; Spraying water will increase the burden of ponding in the water tank and increase the drainage pressure.


2. Steam humidification: steam humidification will increase the heat in the tank, which is not conducive to the temperature control in the tank.


3. Shallow water plate humidification: due to the existence of water pressure and convection, the humidity of constant temperature and humidity test chamber will continue to increase, so it is difficult to obtain a low humidity environment.


4. Subcooled steam humidification: the first three methods have no defects.


Similarities and differences of humidification principle of constant temperature and humidity test chamber:


1. Water humidification: the wall area of constant temperature and humidity test chamber increases with the increase of water. When water diffuses into the cavity, the water pressure and relative humidity in the cavity increase.


2. Steam humidification: spray water vapor directly into the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to increase the relative humidity in the chamber.


3. Shallow water plate humidification: the water heated in the shallow water plate increases the water vapor in the constant temperature and humidity test room through convection and diffusion, so as to increase the relative humidity.


4. Subcooled steam humidification: convert the heat obtained by the sample into water vapor and increase the humidity. If no other heat is added, the fog will turn into water droplets.
